  Curriculum managers and educational experts are constantly seeking for new ways to improve learning through teaching.  Curriculum innovations, on the other hand, appeared to be problematic for many, difficulties that must be addressed.  Certain issues must be addressed in order to overcome the attitudes and feelings that cause some concern. • Learners' poor academic achievement. Issues with varying curriculum implementation among schools and teachers appear to be one of the reasons for the country's overall low school performance. Books and other teaching resources are frequently criticized. Overcrowded classrooms are not conducive to learning. • Stakeholders lack a sense of ownership in curriculum innovations.
